My skills and experience, as well as my passion for making a difference, fit well in a Principal or Senior Learning Experience and Instructional Design role, focusing on strategic, mission-critical, impactful initiatives. I thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while driving multiple projects and programs forward.

As an instructor and training developer, visual communication and graphic design techniques have enhanced the communication effectiveness of training and course materials I have produced, enabling learners to maximize their recall and comprehension.

I have found that clear communication, organization and time management are key to producing an appropriate solution on time and on budget. I have always worked to help others learn new concepts and skills, from fellow students in college and graduate school, to co-workers and customers in the business world. I feel that this passion combined with my skills and knowledge benefit learners.

Program management, analysis, development, and deployment of self-paced training and performance support materials. Materials include interactive clinical videos, elearning, series of short how-to videos, as well as instructor and reference guides to support our salesforce and customers in the use of Intuitive products.

Hyperdrive 2nd Place Winner, DevLearn Conference

Hyperdrive is a competition held during the DevLearn conference hosted by the Learning Guild (formerly eLearning Guild). Presenters are given a short timeframe to deliver a presentation on their learning project in front of a panel of judges and audience. The judges vote to determine the winners based on creativity, problem definition, stakeholder definition, product/project definition, potential for impact, learning takeaways, and presentation strengths. I was awarded second place for my presentation on a performance support mobile app developed to support our salesforce and customers in learning to use our products.
Also selected to present a project at DemoFest: Operating Room Interactive Mobile App.
