Hi, I'm Meg, my pronouns are she/her, and I'm a Senior Learning Experience & Instructional Designer.

In my role as LXD and ID, I focus on mission-critical  strategies and training programs for global audiences. The projects that I work on are cross-functional, high-level, and impact a large number of learners in several different roles. I also contribute deeply to our internal process improvement efforts within the instructional design, commercial learning, and customer learning & development teams.
